Dr. J. Emmette Weir is a Methodist minister. A native of the Bahamas Islands, he studied at the United Theological College of the West Indies, in Kingston, Jamaica. He has earned a Bachelor of Divinity from London University, a Master of Sacred Theology from Christian Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Aberdeen. He is presently a member of the faculty of Templeton Theological Seminary.
